My family and I drove 12 hours to stay for a few days in Branson, MO for a family vacation. The condo we stayed in looked exactly like the pictures online. It was very spacious, clean, and beautiful. We enjoyed spending time there relaxing, swimming, and playing games in between all of the activities we attended. The only thing that wasn't a positive experience was when we had to communicate to the property owner that we were out of toilet paper. We stayed for 4 nights and apparently during the four night stay,we had gone through all of the toilet paper that was provided. When we reached out to the property manager to see if someone could bring more toilet paper to our condo, the property manager could not believe that we used all of the toilet paper that was provided to us. After talking to someone on the phone, they kept asking us to check the closets in both bathrooms because they could not believe that we used all of the toilet paper. They even texted us pictures of the bathroom closets with toilet paper in them. We had already checked both bathroom closets before we called the property manager, and they were empty. We felt bad that the property manager did not believe us when we said that we had used all of the toilet paper and that the property manager seemed to think that there was no way that we should have gone through all of the toilet paper. At this point, we offered to just go out to a store and by our own toilet paper.

We have never left unsatisfactory comments on a stay before, but wanted to flag a few concerns for this property. We had a great time as a family here and it was affordable. However, there are a few things that we wish we would have known. First, the photos for the condo show that it is on ground level. However, I should have asked if it was handicap accessible. My son recently had a foot surgery and has trouble walking. There’s a flight of stairs on the front side of the condo and a fairly long walk on uneven ground for the back door. Again, this is my fault for not asking directly and just making assumptions from the photos. Second, related to accessibility – the indoor pool is a fairly steep walk from the parking lot. My husband carried our 13-year-old son up the stairs, ramps and walkways to get to the parking. There is not handicap parking at the pool. For those that are able-bodied, it is a cold walk from the outdoor hot tub to the parking spots nearby. It is just something to keep in mind. Our kids weren’t impressed with the pool – it was in a drafty greenhouse-looking structure and was it was cold. They also reported it smelled like “cats” and I’m not sure what they meant by that. Finally, the condo itself was large enough to meet the needs of our family. The appliances, countertops and bathrooms are fairly dated, but in a practical sense, they are all functioning fine. The master bath is in need of TLC, with caulking needing replaced and the mirror wall inside bath.

Condo met above expectations from online pictures. Pool was right outside our back door. Since there was rain we even enjoyed the indoor pool within the resort. Highly recommend.

This condo was in the perfect location. We had a pool steps away from our back porch that was nice for the kids to jump in after running around all day. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well put together. We had easy access to anything we wanted to go, see or do!

Everything was very nice. Conveniently located just outside of the busy areas but with easy access to all the stores. Only issue we had was internet was not functioning but we weren't really in the room long enough for that to matter.

Very affordable, clean and comfortable rental. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Upstairs noise was an issue occasionally, just want to throw that out there, not a fault, just a surprise when the track star toddler above us woke up before we did. We would absolutely stay here again.
