Stayed here for a little getaway with the family. Upon arrival we entered the unit and all looked decent, unit is updated as pictured. Linens were dirty so I had to wash all comforters and sheets before we slept that night. Unit had dirty floors and rugs with food and dead bugs, I asked if the unit had a vacuum was told no but “housekeeping” would come and vacuum for me. Housekeeping did come promptly for about 2 minutes but rugs were still gross even afterwards. I would highly suggest a vacuum in the unit as I would have done a better job at properly cleaning the floors and rugs. I have twin 3 year olds so I was super uncomfortable allowing them to walk around without shoes on, especially after one spilt a little water on the floor and I went to wipe it up with a paper towel and the paper towel was black! Master bathtub also still had hair stuck in it so I cleaned that as well. I was reading through the guest book and found there were 10 guests staying in the unit who checked out just 2 days before we checked in, so maybe this was the reasoning for dirty floors, rugs, bathtub, sheets and comforters? Maybe allow more time in between guests to get the unit properly cleaned? Master bedroom TV has around 7 channels that actually work, I asked if there was something we were doing wrong and was told no it was working properly. Heads up the door to the patio has a curtain rod that is not securely attached. The magnetic rod fell down on top of my 3 year olds head.
