We like the communication between the hotel and the guest they let us know their hours but yet made sure we were able to get into our room. The shower and toilet area could be updated with fresh new shower curtains the towel rack needed to be fixed over the toilet. Overall it was a nice quiet place to stay overnight.

The front desk and maintenance were very nice. Are a theater room did not work and they switched us to a better room right away no questions asked. The rulers clean the bedding was clean. The bathtub was clean but it definitely needed to be replaced. Overall it was worth what we paid and I would stay here again if needed.

Very clean rooms just loved the nice quiet area it was in ans still fast jump to shows and staff was very friendly and professionals. I highly recommend this place. Will stay again on next visit to Branson. Thanl ypu Branson Ozark INN !

Enjoyed our stay, they welcomed our dog and had a nice area for dogs. It was off the main strip but many options to get to all the things Branson has to offer! We enjoyed the breakfast too. We had a request for bottom floor they made that happen too. We will be back

The staff was nice and the free breakfast they provided was better than most places I’ve seen since Covid so it wasn’t the worst place we’ve ever stayed. But the rooms were really ran down, you can tell they just slapped a coat of paint on a ran down hotel and called it “now open”. And when we showed up there was no AC on in the room so it was above 80 in there. Took a few hours to get the temperature down. (Message to the owner) it cost more and puts more stress on your AC units to run them so hard cooling 20 degrees vs just leaving them cooling the entire time. The beds were probably the most uncomfortable beds we’ve ever slept on. We booked this place cause the pictures looked like real beds but we showed up to a metal ikea frame under a spring mattress. It squeaked loud all night anytime you moved even slightly. It says there’s a pool but that’s inaccurate. There’s no pool on site. But if they dropped the price down to motel 6 prices maybe $50 a night max they’d be in better competition for the value. What we paid was just too high for what the place offered.

We wound up not staying here. First room smelled like cigarettes. Second room they gave us was so damp and smelled bad even though it had just been cleaned. We wound up just cutting our losses and leaving. Two guys at the front counter could not have been nicer and more accommodating. Kudos to them. Not their fault.

This place was 10-15 minutes from anything you want to do in Branson. Close enough to the fun and far enough to be quiet. Right next to Sight and Sound.

Our room was clean. Looked to have been updated recently. The breakfast was very simple but it was offered. The codes for the doors was something I have not used before but was easy. Overall a pleasant stay.

Really enjoyed my stay here. I had to call to get supplies and they were quick to respond and also allowed me to keep a 75lb dog with me on the bottom floor for easier access to potty breaks. Clean and very well maintained. Thank you for excellent service!
