「We had a great stay. The place was located in a good area convenient to metro. We utilized both the metro and uber. There was a grocery store about 15 minute walk away. The house was clean. There were pots, dishes and dishwasher which came in handy with kids. Overall great little vacation. We hope to stay here again in the future!!」

「My two friends and I stayed here for a weekend girls trip and were so happy with this place! Everything seemed clean and well prepared and the beds were comfortable with plenty of extra linens. The only issue we ran into was when we arrived, our code for the door didn’t work, so we called the property owner who was luckily home upstairs and could open the property for us. I hope they are able to get this issue resolved in the future. Overall, we loved it - especially that we were able to walk...

「This cozy garden apartment is the perfect spot for a visit to the VA/DC area. It’s a few minute walk from both the metro and the bus.Clean and cozy! I have never stayed in a place that was so well-appointed! The host had thought of everything you may need to make your stay enjoyable! 」

「They didn’t go out of their way to make us feel comfortable. I know that many places have a binder of things to do nearby and instructions for prepping to leave. Some places also give a bottle of wine or cookies as a welcome gift. This place had a poorly flushing toilet and the flooring was in rough shape. Some planks need to be replaced because you’ll get your sock caught in one. There wasn’t any dish soap. It was very meh but it seemed clean and was a cheap place to crash for the night. 」

「Amanda was very good about responding to questions. The place was clean, well organized and the location is good because even though you are close to King street and all the restaurants and shopping, you aren't too close, which was important to us. Getting to the Capitol Mall was an easy train ride from a station that was close as well. Even had parking covered. Excellent!」

「Both the host (CJ) and the property were phenomenal!! From smooth lining the experience for checking in to getting around the city the stay felt very personal and welcoming aside from only being aesthetically pleasing. There was plenty of room to stretch out, the directions to the location were easy to follow, and the pictures for the property were as posted. Our only regret was not staying another day. To make up for it, we just boasted about the stay to all our friends to at least consider...

「We arrived at the apartment after a long day of work. It was an easy bus ride from the museums on the Mall. Clean, nicely decorated, with thoughtful touches like ear plugs, coffee and creamer, fresh towels, blackout curtains...we slept very well. It was perfect for a short overnight trip with a work colleague!」

「The condo was very clean and nicely set up. It was perfect for me. Just a short Lyft ride into DC. 」

「This was our 5th trip to North Beach and our 4th time at a condo in Southwinds, and we have never been disappointed. Jenn and Mike, our hosts this time, provided all the information we needed to feel comfortable in their home. We found it exactly as pictured. NB has 5 good restaurants within walking distance and at least 2 more within a 5 minute drive. The boardwalk is great for walking at anytime of day. The new library is a jewel with special sections for all ages and a “makers” room. Teens...

「I loved everything about the apartment and the host.The only problem we had was at check in. The host hadn't told us ANYTHING about when she planned to send us the key information, so when it was 2 min after check in time, and I still hadn't heard ANYTHING, I panicked. Then, at 4 min after check in time, the key information arrived via email. All was well after that.Great apartment! Comfy beds! Thanks!」
