Our fully stocked kitchen has all your cooking needs to feed your hungry crew. The dining table seats 6 comfortably but there are stools for more seating in the kitchen area. Put your feet up and relax in one of the the two cozy couches facing the SMART TV and golf lake views. Entering the Master Bedroom, you will find a comfortable King size bed, dressers to put your clothes away, and a Smart TV for your entertainment. You have a walk-in closet with hangers, hamper, and sweeper before entering your ensuite that includes your walk-in shower, large vanity and mirror, toilet, and linen closet. We leave a travel starter kit of soap and shampoos so you can settle in before having to go the store.
Your Guest Bedroom features a Full-size bed, dressers for your items, a closet with hangers, and a SMART TV so you can relax after a day at the pool or golf course. Your guest bathroom includes vanity, mirror, washer, dryer, bathtub shower, travel soap, iron and ironing board. There is another linen closet in the hallway for any extra items, as well as, our mini 1st aid kit, umbrella, and towels. Our storage room across the walkway contains outdoor activities, bicycle, and a couple beach chairs and a cooler for you to enjoy. Please put away when finished so the next guest can enjoy them too.
You will absolutely love all the amazing amenities(optional membership- $600) that our gated community has to offer. This includes but is not limited to 36 holes of Arnold Palmer Championship Golf Courses, 8 Tennis Courts, 4 Pickle Ball Courts, resort style pool, poolside tiki bar, bocce ball, golf pro shop, tennis pro shop, and 2 clubhouses that feature casual and fine dining experiences. On site, we also have a Lifestyle Director who hosts a variety of fun themed evenings, beach day trips, concerts, trivia, poker, etc. There truly is something for everyone to enjoy in Lakewood National. Lastly, you will love being a short drive to the white sandy beaches in Florida- Anna Maria, Bradenton Beach, Longboat Key, and Siesta Key to name a few. The University Town Center is just south at exit 213 and has tons of retail shopping and great restaurants/bars to choose from. Just down the road from us on Rt 70 you can find Publix, Wal Mart, and Fresh Market for all your grocery needs.
