The condo is showing its age, but, the upkeep is generally good. The response to my feedback to the agency was far less professional than I expected.

The apartment we rented is located in a very large apartment complex. It was most likely a beautiful complex in the past. Lovely lakes, ponds and fountains through out the complex. Now, a little tired looking. Needs a little TLC. Our apartment patio was next to the pool, a beach and the water. A great location. The hallway floor leading to the apartment was dirty with debris. The apartment was good for one couple. I liked the floorplan of the apartment. However, when we arrived, the bathroom was not clean! Dirty towels from the previous renter was thrown over the bathroom counter and sink. The hand soap was used and not fresh. The kitchen sink had a wine glass and empty ice tray left in the sink. The internet never worked. When we reached out to the vacation company, they expressed concern but NO action. The gentleman that called us about the lack of internet expected my husband to fix the problem. If you rent this apartment, do not expect much.

Very nice/cute condo. Our view of the Pool and the Park right out our back patio was so beautiful. Great place to bring your dog to. Beautiful sunsets!

Great little condo next to new pool, laundry and hammocks overlooking Manatee River. Also recommend 3 Keys Brewery right up street. Fireworks over the river were awesome

Nice property
We really like the area of Bradenton for fishing, so we brought our boat, which the property manager was great at helping us figure out the logistics of that. The condo is super clean and nice inside. I do wish there would have been a few more kitchen amenities, example: we had a coffee pot but no coffee filters. Little things like that would have been nice or at least we were made aware prior, but in the grand scheme it was nothing too major to keep you from enjoying the place. I think my only true complaint would be the complex seemed a little noisy and cars really sped through the complex at sometimes alarming speeds.
