Our stay
House was clean but first few days bad fish smell. Screen porch was not clean at all. Couldn’t open the washer dryer room doors until last day we thought it was locked. Beach was beautiful all in all we had a good time

We really enjoyed our stay on Anna Maria Island. The place was perfectly located, just a short walk from both the beach and the sound. Easy stroll to catch sunrise or sunset! The neighborhood is quiet and walker friendly. It's located in a more residential area, which I appreciated. The home itself had everything we needed, including extra towels and beach towels. The kitchen is well stocked with cookery and dishes. There is not extra paper supplies or any spices or anything in the cupboard, but also the rental agreement clearly states this, so we were well prepared. The beds are comfortable and the porch is awesome. All in all a wonderful stay with zero complaints!

The property is a good location however the cleanliness on the inside of the property was not great. There is mold in the bathroom an the shower and the shower floor looked like it had never been cleaned. Dirty dishes in the cabinets an still food left in the waffle maker. The coffee pot had a lid on it that did not go to the pot causing grounds to brew in the coffee as well as coffee to leak out on the counter when brewing an pouring an the filters did not fit the pot. Wasn't happy about having to wash dishes on vacation due to no dish washer pods provided for dishwasher. Only 1/2 roll of toilet paper was provided. Construction started at 6am every morning on the properties next door. Pulled out the Hide a bed in living room an found dead bugs an lots of sand.

Great place and Location!
Love the location of the condo quick and easy access to the beach, restaurants, and piers. We had 2 adults and 4 kids and had plenty of room for everyone. The condo was nice and clean on arrival. No need to pack dishes as the condo has plenty to use for cooking/eating. We will definitely stay here again!

My wife and I spent two weeks ending March 14, 2020 in this rental unit. We found the space to be comfortable and the location is very good. However, we did have some issues. First, the unit is misrepresented in its description and photos. The unit is described as a cottage. This, and the photos suggest that it is a single-family residence. The very first photo, with the number 2414 above the door, looks like the front door to this unit. It is not. It is the front door to the OTHER unit that is part of this duplex – this is not a single-family home, but rather a twin home. The door to this rental unit is around the side. The rest of the photos accurately represent the space. The unit was superficially clean when we arrived, but upon closer inspection, the cleaning left a lot to be desired. The insides of the kitchen cabinets were not clean. The floor in the corners was not clean, especially in the bathroom. The service manager was prompt and helpful taking care of some minor issues, a couple of light bulbs and kitchen pans needing replacing and help with some balky remotes. But, when I pointed out that the lower corner cabinet in the kitchen smelled of mildew, he worked on it with some cleaner, but did not finish the job. The back inside walls of this cabinet were covered with mold/mildew and I bought disinfectant spray and cleaned them myself. The outdoor gas grill included with this unit is shared with the other unit, but it was too dirty to use anyway. I noticed that a review a year earlier said the “hot surface” warning light on the stove doesn’t work. That’s still true.
