Wonderful stay for the whole family
This was the perfect property for grandparents, adult children and grandchildren. We had plenty of space to gather in the living room and by the pool. The ensuite bathrooms gave everyone privacy as well. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed to have an amazing weekend.

DREAM VACATION HOME
I couldn’t recommend this place more. It was perfect for all of our needs and the house being on the water in the bay is amazing and so fun to utilize The kayak and paddleboards at sunset. Just a dream come true family reunion and this house was perfect. Everyone had their own bathroom too. Just amazing place. We will be back.

Worked out perfect. The oldest kids got their own rooms and the youngest siblings paired off to get bunk rooms. Having enough king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms for the 3 groups of parents was perfect. All families were thrilled with the house and the amenities in the lanai. Grill, pool table, kayaks for the canal, ping pong, mini golf, bar w/ tv, spa, and pool.

Great place
This house had kayaks and beach chairs and a beach wagon and lots of fun stuff. We walked to a beautiful white sand beach which was not crowded. Plenty of dishes. Comfortable beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The pool was warm. The TV was huge. No complaints. Close to food places. Really awesome. Would stay again. Wish we stayed longer.

The house is gorgeous
The house was great. We would suggest a few things More towel hooks in bathrooms Another refrigerator . Refrigerator is pretty small for a house that big. A cooler to take to beach. A table and chairs for the main level deck These were minor things really. Decorating was beautiful

Beautiful property. Perfect for a large group with ample space for fun and relaxation.
Our family really liked the location of the property. It was very close to the beach and had nice beach supplies available to use. There was ample room for our large party and the home was very clean and well stocked. Our only complaint was the hot water running out when so many people had to shower we needed to do it in shifts. And we had more adults than children so a couple adults felt the top bunks were a little uncomfortable. Just something to keep in mind if you have a lot of adults in your party. Overall everyone loved the home and commented on looking forward to coming back again.

Amazing house, plenty of room and super clean. The property was amazing. Caught fish right from the dock. Pool was great. Short walk to the beach and to local bars. 10/10 would recommend.

Family reunion
We rented two properties that AMI Locals runs. One was Hidden Treasure and the other After Dune Delight. Hidden Treasure was amazing. Plenty of space to enjoy 16 of us in the house. We had places to swim and play, quiet living space and then the rooms and bathrooms made it more private when needing time away from crowd. All in all a great place to stay. Both places were nice, clean and comfortable.

Our stay was excellent. The property description was very accurate and the home was very comfortable for our family reunion! We all wished we could stay longer. It was a very easy walk to the beach. My only two small comments would be the following: 1. I wish they had a couple of convenience/pantry like items for guests (salt, pepper, cooking spray) as I've had at other vacation rentals. 2. The property wasn't booked the night before, so we had asked if we could check in a little early because we had out of towners getting in early. In my experience with other rentals typically if the home was ready they would allow you entry a little bit early. I think they tell you they will try, but it must be company policy to not allow it, because we could tell the home was ready but they simply said it was not ready so we couldn't get the code early. A small inconvenience, so I still give it 5 stars because overall it was an awesome house and great stay!

Great location
We had a great time. The house is located so close to so many things. We rented a boat each day from the marina and it was easy to get there quickly. Restaurants are close as is the beach. The house pool was a hit with our 4-8 year old grandkids and the moms loved sitting on chairs in the pool too! The neighbors are close and can be a bit loud but when you are in the house you really can’t hear anything happening outside.

Although a new home, the living room furniture and rugs need to be steam cleaned or replaced.. The beds/pillows were not super comfortable but adequate. The house was clean upon our arrival, but definitely not super clean which is what I expect due to the epidemic. Also the vaccuum at the house works poorly. Location was great and overall the house fit our needs for a change of pace, but soiled furniture made this rating go down.

Perfect house for a large family
This house is beautiful, well maintained and very clean. All that and an easy 1 block walk to the trolley and the beach. My only caveat would be that it is a 3 story house with the kitchen on the top level. The stairs could be a problem for elderly people but we are 73 and did fine. The bathrooms are great. Everything is new and fresh. Loved it

It was great family time !!
With an exception of little things the stay was great. Very closed to the beach, publix and others places. kitchen well equipped and bed was very comfortable. Spa never work because the controller was broken and we called many times but nobody went to fix it.
