Instead of enjoying family time I was contacting the property managers several times about wet towels left in the washer (smelled), no towel hangers in the bathrooms, water rising up to ankles in the shower, TV by the pool did not function, flat pillows in the bedroom, excessive amount of bugs (gnats) surrounding the pool. We all got bit and my son was covered with bug bites all over his face due to having autism and not being aware that the bugs were biting his face. There should have been a bug light to keep them away and we should have received a prior warning about this to bring bug spray or bug spray provided. When I reached out to the property management about this I was told that the property gets sprayed on Mondays. The biggest problem we encountered was on our check out day. That morning at 8am we all got woken up by people walking through the property and placing ladders next to our windows and making loud noises on the roof. We were never notified ahead of time. We felt that our privacy was invaded and frankly this was not professional. When I reached out to the property manager I was told that probably the owner had this scheduled and did not notify them. I never got a call from the property managers or a response for any type of compensation for this mishap. This stay was expensive and we do not feel that we received the value that we paid for. We should not have encountered so many issues or felt unsafe during our stay.
