Great stay in BG
Visit went really well. No need to communicate with the owner. Keypad was great. Wonderful location, especially for the wedding we were attending at The Charleston. Would definitely stay there again.

Bluegrass Getaway Suite Downtown Bowling Green
WOW! Way more than we expected! A great home 2 1/2 BIG Bedrooms, 2 FULL BATHS, a nice Kitchen with modern and great working appliances (Incl. a Keurig with both pods and a traditional coffee pot), parking in the lot, a few board games to choose from, walking distance to Fountain Square (3 blocks), 10 minute drive to I-65. Avoid Scottsville at rush hour. Easy to find your way around, Corvette Museum, Nashville, Mammoth Cave are all a short drive away. Only drawback was the stairs up to the unit.

Nice spot
We brought our family because my daughter was doing a college visit at WKU the space was nice. Spacious and clean. There was no extra toilet paper, no broom to clean up, and the communication after check in wasn’t great luckily we didn’t really need anything and none of this affected our stay. We would stay again because of the location to the school and spacious lay out

The location is walking to many restaurants, ball park, town square, and parks. The home is clean and roomy! The owners were quick to respond to any question i had and were kind enough to allow early entry when a rainy day changed our plans! I would come again!!

Great location!
We were in town for a WKU graduation and this property was a great location. The apartment has a nice floor plan once you get up the stairs. Full kitchen utensils, you will need to bring any extras i.e. salt/pepper. We also had to buy hand soap. Comfortable beds!

Great Property
We were impressed by this rental unit, the layout, flooring and furniture is great. The bathrooms are top notch. Everything was really clean and the beds were comfortable. Having a washer and dryer is really helpful and they provide laundry soap and dryer sheets. The location was great and within walking distance to the small downtown area, you can walk to the Mellow Mushroom Pizza place and Insomnia Cookies Thanks for a great stay!

Gross and Property Not Well Kept
When we got there, the doors were so dirty and disgusting, I didn’t even want to touch them to go in. There was a HUGE stain on the floor in the master bedroom, stains on the towels provided for use, and no soap to wash your hands. There were stains on the couch and ottoman, so you couldn’t even sit down. The place overall was not clean. We booked it for two nights to visit the National Corvette Museum. We left and had to find somewhere else to stay. We weren’t comfortable staying considering how dirty and not well kept it was. I let the owner know, and they offered to get the cleaning crew out there to clean it to my standards. We had already found another place to stay at that point, and there was nothing the cleaning crew could have done to make us feel comfortable there. I asked for a full refund given the circumstances, and the owner refused. Now, I understood why they don’t do refunds. Obviously, my cleaning standards differ from theirs. Such a huge disappointment and a horrible day.

Good morning. Thank you for checking. We actually have a few issues. A couple of the outlets aren’t working so we’re unable to use the lamps in each room. When we checked in the rental was unclean. Hair and dust on beds, hair and dust on floors, cobwebs, hair and something that looked like blood in bathrooms. Stains on the furniture and carpet. I had to clean it myself before my family or I felt comfortable. There was no broom and mop so I had to go out and purchase them. The deck and the chairs could have been cleaned. It’s a nice place but for future clients and better reviews, better preparation of cleanliness would give more success. Thank you for your attention.

Just what we needed - mostly
Very cute and clean property in a super cute little town square. Within walking distance to several eating establishments which was very helpful after being in the car all day. We did hear a lot of street noise and even snoring from next door. There was a coffee maker, but no coffee. That would have been totally fine if I had known to plan for that. Which is the only reason I mention it here. Be prepared to supply your own coffee. We would stay here again knowing that we need to bring a couple of extra things. Overall a very nice stay.

SUPER nice place and GREAT location
Spacious condo, well-thought out kitchen needs. Beds were sooo comfy. Manager and owner were great communicators, amazingly quick responses and just nice check-ins to make us feel appreciated. Mammoth Cave only a half hour away, train museum and Corvette Museum close. Mellow Mushroom just two blocks away. Downtown is charming, surrounded by wonderful restored architecture. We had such a fun time and coming home to such a nice condo really helped

Great place to stay! Nice to have supplies to do laundry and dishes provided. Shower supplies as well. Nice master bedroom with adjoining bathroom was a plus. Master bed was comfortable, nice pillows, and towels provided were extra soft! Within walking distance to Fountain Square Park with restaurants. Also within walking distance to Spencer’s Coffee shop which is amazing!! Great communication with hosts.

Super nice place ,Wayne was easy to deal with. The bed slept great , the balcony was nice addition .. during that weekend , bowling green had a tornado , the property management team called to check on us .. I couldn’t figure out the tv , called Wayne , he walked me through it .. we will for sure stay there again in the future ..

Great place in Bowling Green
We had a great 2 night stay at Wayne and Stacy's! The location is fantastic, and the condo was perfectly suited for our family. The split bedroom plan allowed our older teenager to have his own space, and the bunk beds were great for our younger boys. The place has been completely redone with beautiful hardwood floors and stylish furnishings. Wayne was immediately accessible and helpful for anything we needed. Lots to do nearby too...we will definitely stay here again on out next trip to Bowling Green!

Unexpected gem close to everything
We booked this condo last minute realizing we needed to up a long drive from GA to KY due to traveling with 2 little kids (and our dog), and this unit couldn’t have surpassed our expectations more. Clean and well-decorated, we were very impressed. The master bed was a dream snd so comfortable, and our son loved the bunk beds. We loved how close it was to the square and being able to walk to get coffee, and having good, quality restaurants nearby. This was such a great find! I would say it is probably not the best for an extended stay for someone with young children (ours are 1.5 and 4.5) due to it being on the 2nd floor and the open stairs and railing, if your children are as active as ours but otherwise this was the perfect spot and perfect location.

Great space and location.
The location of this property was perfect for our needs. It's close to several attractions but in a quiet residential neighborhood. Inside was a beautiful space with lots of natural light. Our son loved the bunk beds and the king bed was very comfortable. We gave feedback on the cleanliness of the floors and kitchen which the host said they would address along with the missing towel racks/hooks in the ensuite bathroom. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

We stayed almost 2 months at this apartment awaiting our house to be built. It was a VERY nice stay. The place was very nicely appointed and had all the amenities so my husband and I could work and rest well. We recommend this apartment for those that would like to stay in a nice area and nice place.
