"This place has all the conveniences you need on vacation. It is located in Escalante proper. I stayed a somewhat after the season but there is plenty of hiking. It was a little cold for me being from Florida. But I was very comfortable and the kitchen was a perfect size. Bed was particularly comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. I had no need to communicate with property manager so I didn't know how to rate."

We were there when the temperatures at night dropped into the 40's and the floors and large bathrooms felt cold. There is a gas firepit outside which was a nice feature but provided no heat.
