It is a wonderful space in a great part of Boston. 15-minute walk to Back Bay station, a central hub for the T. The apartment is clean, well-furnished, and roomy inside. The rooftop deck was a great feature that we loved.

Beautiful location, no parking
We enjoyed our stay at this location and took full advantage of the lovely and comfortable rooftop garden. It's located about a 15 minute walk to Boston Common and has plenty of food options nearby. However, be aware that there is no parking for guests. If you're bringing your car, be prepared to park it in a public lot for $20 per day and walk back to the apartment. The very limited parking on the street outside is for residents only and limited to 2 hours for non-residents.

We loved our stay in Boston. The neighborhood was perfect with lots of restaurants near by. There was a park down the street that we played at every afternoon!

A gem in the South End!
Charming and cozy, this apartment is located on a quiet street in the midst of Boston’s vibrant South End. The apartment was comfortable and the hosts thoughtfully had the AC units on prior to our arrival on a hot June day. The hosts responded promptly to all of our questions. We would be delighted to stay here again!

Not great.
Listed as smoke free in listing. Smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Floors were dirty and gritty, sheets the same way. We also found a bottle of personal lubricant stuffed behind the couch cushion. Reached out to property manager three separate times still no response. We booked the place for 4 nites but only stayed one night due to heavy smoke smell. Both my wife and son had headaches in the morning. Way too expensive for ashtray smell. Highly disappointed. Would not stay there again.
