Great Stay Close to Downtown!
Overall, this stay was great. It was a little lacking in terms of silverware and utensils for cooking meals, but other than that, there was PLENTY of space, great AC, clean, and well managed. Super easy check-in process, and great, VERY fast responses from the host. Thank you so much!

Jen was a wonderful VRBO owner and so quick to respond to any concerns we had. The home was very clean and well maintained. The traffic and noise from the street was somewhat loud, but we were able to deal with that. Using Uber's definately for us was a plus.

Perfect for a large groups short stay
4 families stayed 2 nights in this cute little apartment. There was PLENTY of sleeping for the 13 of us. 5 adults, 1 infant, 1 eight year old, 5 twelve year olds and one 16 year old. Restaurants in the area were 10/10. Grocery store just a few minutes away. Very clean. Felt safe.

Great place for large groups
Jenny’s VRBO was great for a large group. She did ask us to turn down the volume of our group later in the evening, which was fine! The space was clean and had everything we needed. The ice machine on the freezer was not working, but we were fine to just go buy ice. I’d stay again!

Perfect for our stay in Boston
My daughter, friends, and I were in Boston for the Aerosmith concert. This property was the perfect location for being close to Fenway. It was also great for access to the commuter train - a stop is about a 5 minute walk from the apartment. It was easy to get to from the airport, as well. Jenny was great with communication. Overall, a great place!

This is a nice property for a big group. Clean. Basic supplies. Few items like hangers were missed, but Jennifer replaced them promptly. No coffee maker but a kennel machine. Unfortunately, the neighborhood is raking unsafe. Also, it is 20 min from any major attraction.

Stay was nice. Jenny was very pleasant. We were unaware of a decibel meter in the home that measured how much noise we were making. This helped us prevent being too loud for our neighbors but I wish I was aware of it before. Jenny did a great job communicating with us and helping us.

Large Apartment in Rough Neighborhood
This roomy, comfortable apartment suited our large family’s needs well. Jenny made sure all our questions were answered before and after arrival. Lots of beautiful little details around the apartment were evidence that care is taken in ensuring your comfort and enjoyment. Everything was as advertised. The neighborhood felt a little unsafe and there was lots of street noise at all hours of the night. It was a little hard convincing our black lab to go to the bathroom since there is mostly cement sidewalk unless you want to walk further than a block. Overall a nice secure apartment in a rough neighborhood.

Lovely apartment, conveniently located, and wow parking!
So first off it is very hard to find parking in Boston so to have a place with parking is a huge plus. I liked that there property was set back from the street a little bit. The location was super conveniently; minutes to downtown, 13 minutes to my friend in Brookline, and close to great Jamaican food. The property was super secure with and outside door and door to the apartment. Once inside it was very clean and gives you a wow affect when you walk in. It looks just like the pictures. I specified that they had knives and dishes in the kitchen. I really liked the wood floors and the rubber mat for shoes. The open concept floor plan is nice.

Very nice interior, neighborhood loud and busy.
Nice, clean and updated unit, 2 parking spots, which is definitely a plus in the Boston area, host is very responsive to messages. Unit was clean but beginning to need some repairs, including couch was broken, coffee machine didn’t work, bathroom doorknob was loose falling off, shower knob fell off, but nothing that ruined our stay. While the inside of unit is nice, neighborhood is not great, we were nervous about leaving unit at night, definitely would not walk alone outside after dark. This unit is on the first floor, 2nd and 3rd floor are other rentals, those tenants were very loud during middle of night, between 1-3am, waking us up.
