Lovely apartment in fantastic location
Very nice apartment close to all the main attractions, river and trams. Guaranteed parking makes a big difference too when driving to a city stay. Only downside was communication with company who kept sending automatic emails which I didn’t find very helpful

As perfect as it gets
Spacious, luxurious, relaxing, picturesque… we could go on and on describing how excellent this property is. The apartment itself is in a gorgeous building with beautiful views, including the Garonne River, the Mirror d’eau, and up the Rue Esprit des Lois. The building is one of the few that has an elevator, and the apartment was the only one on the third floor, ensuring privacy. The apartment is beautifully decorated, has all the amenities one could desire, and is completed by superb concierge level service from Lucie, our greeter. We highly recommend this property for your future Bordeaux visit, and hope they’ll have us back in the future for a long-term stay!

Good location & apartment
The apartment has an unbelievable location, your living next to multiple landmarks in the city & the views are excellent from the living dining & master bedroom. Wifi password was super long, much longer then a serial number of 2 laptops. Also after you paying 100% to booking.com the hosts here still take a “ non debited “ 500€ euros from you. They will need you to log into a website and put your card details, ( it’s like a security deposit which is 100% refundable ) You can consume the tap water for drinking from the kitchen, all in all loved the security of the apartment, and the location is something you’ll not regret !

Great Bordeaux Apartment
Perfect place to stay for exploring Bordeaux as the location was excellent. The apartment was elegant, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The building was very secure and we all felt very relaxed and comfortable. The app for the accommodation was very useful with lots of information and our host was very helpful and welcoming. Magnifique!
The views and location of this elegant apartment are fantastic. The beds are extremely comfortable. It is not super close to a supermarket, local cheese and butcher as this is area is not so residential. (10 min walk to a Carrefour supermarket that was not well stocked) It is in midst of all the restaurants, bars, and Rue Katherine, one of the longest pedestrian shopping streets in Europe. Loved our stay!

Point of View
Beautiful apartment in a great location and the apartment style is nothing short of fantastic. However the soft skills to attend to customers is badly missing. I paid for 2 bed 2 bath unit for my family of 4 adults (3 Ladies) for 3 nights. Unfortunately the aircon system in the house was badly leaking upon our arrival. I feel this should have been rectified before we arraived. Even if there was not enough time to react, the problem should be rectified while we were there during those 3 days. Instead the host told us not to use 1 bathroom and advised us to put towels and 2 pails to collect the dripping water. Worse part were instructed not turn on the aircon for 3 days in the 40 degree heat. He advised us to respect the decision and open our windows to sleep. We were very uncomfortable as it was impossible to do that with the heat and the sounds from the road and street. In this instance I just feel the consumer had to respect what was asked of but not respected for what we paid for. We paid alot for the apartment and did not get the full benefit of our stay. I wonder what's the protection and what recourse is there for customers like us. Just a point of view for all parties to consider.

Lost in Bordeaux
Stylish spacious apartment with a wonderful outlook over the Garonne River and square below. Centrally positioned to easily access all areas of Bordeaux. After days of wandering the charming narrow back streets in search of the next specialty gourmet food shop, antique shops and boutiques ,having soaked up their old world charm, it was perfect to return to the apartment and be able to create a meal in for ourselves or step out to one of the many restaurants situated within a block or two. Our favourite restaurant was Elio’s- serving Sardinian cuisine - not to be missed! Whilst there is a large amount of traffic on the road by the river the noise was not an issue for us.
