Perfect location

This is a beautiful house with great views of the harbor. There are very few homes that have a better location in Boothbay Harbor. Communication with the management company was nothing less than excellent. Highly recommended.

Coastal Charm

The property was absolutely charming and the views and location were excellent. It being Christmas, the whole experience was like a Hallmark movie. The tiny bathrooms were challenging but a small price to pay for the ambiance. Could use some more cookware

Great Views!

The house was amazing. Great location and walking distance to everything. It was great watching the boats every day right off your back deck. The only cons were the upstairs windows outside were broken and there was small glass pieces on the deck. The other con was they need a bigger hot water heater. You barely had enough hot water for one shower. I would definitely stay at this location again and highly recommend it. The property manager was amazing and very friendly.
