Great place!
The property was beautiful. Exactly as described in the listing and photos. The pool was perfect size and temperature to swim in. The rooms were clean. The communication with the property manager was great, very responsive. A couple of minor inconveniences that are easily rectifiable. A couple of the kitchen pans were in poor condition and could be replaced due to the wear and tear. The water pressure in the showers for 2 of the 4 bathrooms was weak (may have been an anomaly since other reviews do not mention it). I would certainly stay here again if visiting San Diego again.

Once again, we enjoyed our stay at your property. Our only complaint would be that the hot tub/spa was not warm enough. We definitely have decided that we will stay again. Probably next summer in July or August.

To start I have never stayed at a rental property that is managed and not rented by the owner. I had a difficult time getting any help from the management company prior to our arrival and then when we arrived. My friend is on hospice and needed oxygen we were traveling from NH the company could not assist us in getting the delivery of the oxygen prior to our arrival. They had to come out at 9pm to deliver. The inside of the house is nice has some wear and tear it is very spacious there was plenty of room for all of us. 7 adults 1 infant. The back yard is a mess the deck is falling apart there were exposed nails in the handrail a missing piece of fencing. the concrete was all patched and split. The pool has no stairs to enter or exit so not good for someone with mobility issues. The pool heater is an extra charge of 100.00 a day! We asked for it to be heated and it was not. They did refund two days of payment but we could not swim the water was freezing. The spa only gets slightly warmer than the pool and the jets are terrible its like sitting in a warm bathtub. The view is amazing the neighborhood is great. Proximity to everything is excellent. With some TLC and maintenance this could be a great house! The other issue was cooking the pots and pans were so old and scraped up I didn't want to use them and the oven is very tiny so not great for cooking for a large family

Amazing pool and view!
We were visiting the area for a travel baseball tournament. The backyard was spacious with a beautiful infinity pool and expansive views! Great for multiple families with a long driveway out front. Huge living room, but spent most of our time outside. We had a great time and would definitely rent the house again.

Lovely views
Loved this spacious home located in a quiet area. We especially enjoyed the beautiful views from the back yard and the spa and pool (which needed to be heated in March). Large groups desiring 5 private bedrooms should note that the 5th “bedroom” is the game room and the only in-house access is through the 4th bedroom. (There is an outside door to the pool area.) My family chose to use the sofas in the living room for sleeping as they were more comfortable than the smaller couch in the game room.

A great time in San Diego.
We had a fabulous time in the house. The house is large with large common areas allowing us to easily enjoy dinners together and move from inside to outside as much as we wanted to. Comfy beds, great bathrooms too. We took many day trips into San Diego and this was easily managed through affordable uber trips.

Great Family Vacation
The property was absolutely beautiful!! Bonita is great suburb of San Diego and only 20 minutes to downtown & most attractions!! Plenty of restaurants & shopping if you don’t want to be in the city the whole time. The pool & spa along with that view over the vista can’t compare!! Every morning & night we saw beautiful horizons over the pacific & city!! Will definitely stay here again!!

Our large group had a wonderful stay at this property. The yard had great views to enjoy with morning coffee or while in the spacious hot tub! There are definite signs of wear-and-tear in the house with some areas for improvement however overall was a great place with plenty of space for our group to be together and enjoy our trip to San Diego!

Great stay in a beautiful house!
A wonderful, memorable week with 12 of us fitting nicely in all the beds in the home, more people can be accommodated if you use the air mattress and sofa. This home features a beautiful, outside pool area with nice views (similar to the pictures). The house is in a residential neighborhood so we stayed inside at night after dinner and we all enjoyed our trip immensely! :)

Beautiful view, spacious house
The property is gorgeous and spacious at 2600+ square feet, perfect to fit an extended family. The backyard is what truly makes the property amazing though, with the enormous pool, deck, multiple seating areas, grill, dining table and bathroom. The view is incredible. The hosts communicated quickly and seamlessly through the app, and even reimbursed us when we had to purchase a new blender after realizing the one they had provided was broken. Some areas for improvement though and things to note - - Although the house is renovated, it’s showing signs of wear and tear, like missing shower hooks in the bathroom, towels with many stains, doors that stick due to foundation shifting, ceiling leaks with heavy rain, coffee table with broken leg - While it’s a single story house, it does have a few random step ups/downs that can be hazardous for children or older adults - The driveway is very steep and requires tandem parking making it difficult to get in and out of the garage/driveway. Would recommend backing in. But definitely use it! We left one car out on the street one night and were hit by a hit & run driver. - There are no sidewalks, just something to take note of. In spite of the minor issues/inconveniences, it was a wonderful stay and we loved the view from the backyard.

Awesome VRBO and Location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. Great clean house and location was outstanding! In a nice neighborhood that was excellent for early morning walks and convenience of grocery stores, restaurants and gas stations near by. The host was great to work with and followed up quickly with any questions we had. I would highly recommend this VRBO to family and friends to stay in the future.

Beautiful property close to shops and restaurants with a hilltop view of the city, quite, peaceful relaxing pool, wide open floor plan that accommodates a large group with its master bedroom spread out for more privacy. This spacious house had plenty of room for the eight of us and contained a master suite separate from the rest of the bedrooms. The kitchen and outdoor grills had everything we needed to cook and serve meals. We had a problem with a bedroom fan that didn’t work but it was taken care of right away. The patio and pool were wonderful and used every day. We especially enjoyed the peacefulness of the outdoor area. If we come to the San Diego area again we will definitely rent this property again.

Unbelievable views and great location
Our family of 5 loved our stay at this Bonita home. The views are incredible, and the pool was fabulous. Very close to Chula Vista restaurants, shops and also easy access to interstate. Would definitely stay in this home again!

Amazing pool, great location
Absolutely loved this rental! The pool is huge - fit 8 children and multiple adults with no issues. House is large, very spacious. Location is close to airport and plenty of restaurants. Already planning to stay here again next time.

A Great Relaxing Stay!
4 star Our 4 day stay was fantastic, very accommodating and comfortable. The pool and patio was awesome. This is a very relaxing setting with beautiful views of the ocean, the bay and downtown. Three small inconveniences we noticed...clothes washer not working yet, XBox paddles not connecting, and no closet or clothing accommodations in the Master Bedroom. All considered, it was a great stay.
