We stayed in the apartment building behind the hotel. Room and bathroom was excellent, , lift was small, but there are stairs. Breakfast was included, just have to go to the main building and it was excellent, with a large selection and everything we ate was great.

Lovely hotel by the cathedral. The interior decorations are sublime. The room is spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. There is limited variety of hot food for breakfast but so much variety for desserts!

Lovely hotel. Rooms nice, clean and comfortable with everything you need. Great location! This hotel is situated close to all main atractins. Being on a street near San Petronius church brings a more intimate space. They have a very good breakfast also. Definitely one of my fav.

Very comfortable with lots of amenities including a full breakfast buffet. I stayed in one of the annex apartments and enjoyed it. Only drawback was no light blocking curtains and street noise. Not the best option if you’re a light sleeper. Very nice though!

The hotel room was spacious with a beautiful bathroom including a sauna/shower. The breakfast was amazing! The best part was the hotel staff who were incredibly helpful when we encountered train issues. I would highly recommend this hotel!

This is a really great hotel, but it is very close to the piazza, so can be noisy at night. Bikes available for free rental are not in the best shape.

We had the worst sleep ever in a hotel due to noise outside of our room . The garbage trucks were unloading glass and the crashing noise seemed to go on for an hour - also much noise from the street into the wee hours on a Monday . Room 325 is not a good choice . The hotel is sweet and location amazing but the noise compromised the experience.
