「Very nice, basic kind of place. We did a lot of beach going and shopping here at at Wrightsville so coming back to this condo was nice as it was quiet, the tenants keep to themselves, the parking is very easy. Only downside was the closest beach access is Periwinkle, which is an easy 2 block walk. 」

「The house was lovely. The porch was so nice to sit on and relax. I actually cooked there, and usually NEVER cook while on vacation. The kitchen had everything I needed. 」

「Perfect location to bring your dog and enjoy a pet friendly getaway in Carolina Beach. McKay gave us a recommendation for a great Irish Pub and Restaurant with a pet friendly patio and delicious food. The deck staircase leads to a fenced in backyard where our dog could romp and do his duty. Very comfy accommodations with a beach theme. Enjoyed our stay!」

「We had a perfect winter break at this beach cottage. Great location with walking distance to the beach, restaurants and a pub. Enjoyed the home and gym, would stay again for sure!」

「We had a really nice 3 day stay, Mike communicates promptly and is flexible, the kitchen is very well equipped and the view is terrific. But there were a few things that need repair, which I reported to Mike after we left, so I don't know if they happened. The refrigerator quit cooling adequately and a number of our groceries spoiled. The dishwasher leaks when it's running (which I just saw was noted by someone in October), and the toilet tank refills extremely slowly. If these items are...

「This property is the perfect size for me and my family! The location was great and it was so nice to be able to step onto the balcony and see the ocean view! 」

「We checked in on a Friday afternoon with no problem at all! The place was clean and quaint! We came with our dog and we could tell right away it was a dog friendly neighborhood which we were happy about! The bed was comfy and the living room was cozy as well with the balcony right off it. The kitchen was fully stocked and then some which was so convenient! Tim’s recommendations were spot on and made for a great trip for us even though it was short! Would definitely stay here if we visit again! 」

「This was our fourth trip to Carolina Beach and this condo has been by far my favorite place to stay. Our host was excellent with communicating before and during our stay and had even decorated for St. Patrick’s Day which the kids loved. You could tell a lot of thought went into how the space would be used and it gave us a perfect home away from home with breathtaking ocean views. The whole family is looking forward to our next stay!」
