**** DONT USE VACASA AS THE PROPERTY MANAGER ****
Our healthcare team relies on VRBO for accommodations during our missions to establish Urgent Cares. However, our recent stay at your property was a disaster. Despite expecting a home away from home, we were greeted with a chilly interior and appalling filthiness. The master bedroom revealed illicit drug paraphernalia, including THC gummies prescribed from Orgeon. Vacasa's response to our concerns was inadequate—they delegated refund decisions to the local cleaning team who offered ½ the cleaning fee as a refund. Subsequent interactions were dismissive and denied law enforcement access. Seeking resolution, we contacted VRBO, who promised action. Our medical advisor confirmed the THC gummies' illegality, raising safety concerns. We were forced to abandon the property, prioritizing our team's well-being over financial loss. The unsanitary conditions, including dirty bathrooms, unswept floors, dirty cabinets and kitchen accessories along with bedding doubts, were deplorable. This experience underscores the failure of VRBO and Vacasa in upholding cleanliness and safety standards, highlighting a dire need for improvement in customer service. We urge immediate action to prevent similar ordeals for future guests. *** The mandatory field of who stayed was ultimately no one from our team, but "other" has never been available to enter info when I submit reviews.
