Front desk staff at both check in and check out were rude. At check in refused to let me check in without writing down full license plate of my car (i travel alot this is the first hotel that demands a full plate) Asked for a late check out noone could give me an answer kept referring to the next person coming on shift (had to be to meeting before the day/morning shift arrived) had to request clean linens for the sofa bed (if you're going to advertise the room has a sofa bed please make sure there are linens for it) Hottub and swimming pool left alot to be desired hot tub luke warm if even that. However the breakfast options were great lots of options to choose from

When we needed new towels we were told that they can't help us. The timing didn't work for them. Our trash was overflowing and towel were wet and on the floor and we had the worst service. This staff is the worst staff ever.

This is a good property and I like that there is indoor pool, hot tub, and breakfast. The one thing that influenced my stay was a nearby room that was very loud from 3 am - 4. I guess there will always be yahoos. Customer service was excellent!

I selected this property because the descriptions specifically mentioned grab bars in the shower and next to the toilet, as well as wheelchair accessibility. This trip was the first time my husband and I had traveled since his stroke. Upon entering the room, we discovered that the toilet was very low to the floor, and there were no grab bars. I requested a room that would accommodate my husband's needs, but I was informed that it was against policy to move us, regardless of the circumstances. Despite explaining that my husband is wheelchair-bound and requires a restroom he can safely use, I was told that I would have to stay in the room I had paid for, without exception.
