Check in was quick and front office was clean and location convenient. Main areas clean and breakfast was good. Our room had paint chipped and cracked on several areas of the room and old spackled spots on the walls that made the room feel very old or not taken well care of. The beds were comfortable. We booked our room for the pullout sofa for one of our kids to use and were not provided with bedding for the sleeper sofa . My husband went to the front office in the evening and was told by Destiny that she does not have bedding for us but gave him a small blanket from the back office to use for the night. Not the best experience for service and the front office associate should be able to go to the housekeeping room to provide extra bedding. However, we were so very tired after our vacation, we slept fine and were rested for a one nights stay. We will decide if we will stay again in the future.

The hotel's staff were rude and not very knowledgeable. We asked for extra garbage bags for our room trash can, the front desk lady said she didnt know if they had any. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable. But the pool and hot tub were great! The location is very convenient.

We requested a shuttle to the airport for early the next day, we arrive on time and no one was at the desk. Additionally, they had made our request for the shuttle for the day we arrived not the next morning, even after I verified the time twice so that we would have no issues. The desk manager was willing an able to call the shuttle company and request them to come back, which they did after we waited briefly, but we should not have had to wait, especially after we verified the pick up time twice. Both employees were very cordial and polite, just made a clerical error that could have been prevented.

The hot tub is broken and no signs are posted in the pool/ hot tub room. The sauna is broken and no signs are posted. The swimming area has chopping paint and is very dingy. Pictures are very different than the actual co during of the hotel. The front desk has one person and they are constantly missing so we are unable to get what we need. They demanded $200 deposit on my card and we can’t even enjoy the hotel. This is unacceptable. The pullout couch is just springs , not even a bed. No bedding. We paid $169 plus a $200 deposit that won’t be paid back for a few days, to have a crappy vacation.

The lights did not work in my room because the bulbs had been removed from the cam lights. The closet door mirror glass was broken. The phone did not work. The property, overall was fine but outdated. There was a loud noise in my room when the next door neighbor was, I'm assuming, in the shower. When I spoke with the staff about the problems in my room, the staff was non-bothered and did nothing to fix any of the issues other than note it on their computer system. As someone who works in hospitality, I was disappointed in the response. I will not be back and probably won't go to another Comfort Suites because I have had similiar experiences my last 2-3 times I've stayed at a Comfort Suites property.

When we book this property, it said that they were pet friendly. I showed up at 11:30 after driving 13 hours from Forks Washington and they would not let us stay because we had the kitten with us and then they wouldn’t recommend anywhere and they’re not refunding us.
