"Ladies at checkin and checkout were again awesome even saying we have bacon for breakfast, my favorite. Our new BOISE motel! Only wish more eco friendly. One of our favorite motels in Montana switched to shower shampoo, conditioner and body wash station. Boss said cost up front quickly recovered and still saving money on housekeeping, ordering, storage, etc. They also got rid of plastic cups favoring paper. They have kids and are concerned v for their future. Again, really made to feel welcome and heard by your staff. Thx!"

"Employees are always friendly, breakfast it great. The room was clean. The ice machine wasn’t working, but that was just a minor inconvenience. They’re remodeling, but I didn’t see any construction crews. I did hear them during the day. Again, not a big deal. "
