My experience at the hotel was not the best. The mattress on the bed was uneven and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good rest. Additionally, when I tried to lower the curtain, it fell down. To my surprise, when I arrived, I was greeted with a letter addressed to a name that wasn’t mine, which was confusing. The room was a bit rundown and in need of maintenance. I also noticed that the toilet had a visible stain that I had to remove before using it. Overall, the room did not meet my expectations, and there were several issues that impacted my stay.

Phenomenal! One of the best places we have ever stayed. Staff were top tier! Hotel was convenient to all the shopping malls and restaurants. Room was perfect, we rested so well. The little comforting bedtime tea was a great touch as well. There are so many things that i could go on about but my best recommendation would be to go see for yourself became i promise you wont be disappointed.

I had a major problem with my reservation. I was flying in very early and I called advance to see if I needed to book for tonight so I can get into my room early. They told me that I would be OK if I booked the day off as I could do a late check-in and pass a fee. . When I arrived, they charged me US$325, which was more than a daily fee. I was very upset because I told him I could’ve used my points in advance. I will not say here again.
