Bodrum Waterpark Hotels

"First impressions were good, lovely, clean & well kept hotel. Dont think it had been open long this season as when meal times came the food was shocking & no choice, you got what you were given! On our 2nd night a coach full of Arabic tourists arrived and all of a sudden everything sprang to life, thank god they turned up. Weather was awful but clearly that is not the hotels fault but there was no bar but the open pool bar available so we had to take our drinks and sit in reception, not great!!...

"This meant to be a 5 stars hotel but in fact its 3 stats. We arrived on a very hot evening after a 5 hours flight to find that our room has no aircon and the temperature outside was 38C and it was very humid. Staff were not welling to change the room and kept saying that they are fully booked. We have 6months old baby who was crying because of the heat un able to eat or sleep. "Beach front property on the beautiful Aegean Sea but no sea front units. Most units facing sidewalk. All inclusive with typical Turkish cuisine which was very good , staff barely speaks any English, very difficult communication unless you can speak Turkish , otherwise staff very friendly and tries to be helpful as much as possible. Some speak very basic Russian , occasionally some German . I was told most experienced English speaking staff left for other jobs during Pandemic, staff consists...
