"I was disappointed in the condo. I was shown a picture of it being on the water. My view was the parking lot and pool. The condo was a time warp,of the late 70's .It was cleanish but definitely needed updates,or gutting."

"We recently stayed at this 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in Punta Gorda last week. It was a nice convenient condo that seemingly served our purposes well. The property manager seemed helpful and we got in with no issues. Midway through our stay one of us tried to turn on the shower and the knob came off…… we didn’t think much of it and we simply used the other shower the remainder of the trip. Upon leaving we told the owner what had happened . Two days later we received a bill for 260 dollars saying...

"I stayed at the Tarpon suite from Jan 6-20 2024. I was very satisfied with the suite. Rooms were clean and comfortable. No issues with anything, everything is new and up to date. Exterior area has everything needed to relax, and can fish right out the back door. The only thing it needs is a microwave. I passed that along to the property manager.
