"Positive Start: Stellar location in central location in Savannah. Equi-distant to waterfront and interior parks. The photos of the apt are totally misleading though. It’s like a hostel in a railroad apartment. No windows in bedrooms and whole apartment smelled of mildew. The roof deck is not connected to apartment and was filthy. I would. It recommend cooking food on those grills. Disgusting and falling apart furniture. Finally the management company never sent us access codes for check-in...

"Unit was super clean. There were a few things that could use an upgrade. We did not realize the bedrooms were in a different level. We had access to our beach from balcony by way of small spiral staircase. Host contact was excellent. We would rent this unit again if we visit Tybee Island. "

"We had a great stay at this property. The condo was very clean and property is located right on the beach, although not on the main beach. But nice because it was more quiet and less crowds. Would stay again!"

"We had a great time site seeing, shopping and walking the beach. I really liked sitting on the balcony and seeing the ships come through. There was no eating utensils that we could find, so yake your own. The bed needs to be fixed or replaced due to being so noisy from squeaking almost every time you move. The balcony door needs attention...its hard to open and close. Elevator inspection expired last year."

"This is my 3rd time staying at this propery- 7days I. Summer 2020, 10 days summer 2021, and 3 days spring 2025. I hope to stay again summer 2025. The property is beautiful, quiet, has great views of the ocean, and a nice/relaxing community swimming pool steps from the front door. The owner is super quick with responses and very accommodating. Also, the property comes with a pass to Hunting Island State Park (less than a 5 minute drive away)- a beautiful and unspoiled beach and tropical forest....
