LIVING SPACE:
Enjoy the large and open main level family room with impressive 20+ foot cathedral ceilings, floor to ceiling stone fireplace, 75" TV, fast 200+ mbps WiFi, leather seating, and open floor plan with deck and porch access. Wander down to the lower level to soak in the 6 person Jacuzzi hot tub, play some pool, darts, corn hole, puzzles or board games, or watch a movie on the 65" TV while warming up in front of the floor to ceiling stone gas fireplace while sinking into the comfy furniture. With two large family rooms and many activities, Bear Paw Cabin is the ideal location for your stay.

SLEEP:
Bear Paw Cabin can comfortably sleep 8 people. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and private bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a king bed with private bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and is across the hall from a full bathroom. The lower level has a queen sleeper sofa in front of the gas fireplace with a thick and comfy memory foam mattress.

KITCHEN AND GRILL:
For the chef in the family, Bear Paw Cabin provides a fully stocked (cooking utensils) kitchen with stainless steel appliances, farmhouse sink, granite countertops, and a large island ideal for entertaining. If grilling is your thing you will appreciate the stainless steel 4 burner Weber gas grill located on the main level with direct access to the kitchen and a large patio table ready for an outdoor meal with a view of the beautiful hills and wooded property.

OUTDOORS:
When it is time to venture out, Downtown Blue Ridge is a quick and easy 3-mile journey along paved roads with great views. Located within a 15-minute drive are favorite attractions such as the Toccoa River, Mercier Orchards, the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, hiking, waterfalls, Lake Blue Ridge, wineries and breweries, horseback riding, and so much more. World-class dining, live music and shopping are abundant in the area, so plan to be entertained.

Cool off in the warmer months tubing or rafting along the Toccoa River or splashing in Lake Blue Ridge. Rent some fly fishing gear or mountain bikes or try the Zip Line Adventure park. Fall greets you with dazzling colors and crisp cool air. Winter invites you to sit by the outdoor fireplace or enjoy a crisp morning walk. Every season at Bear Paw Cabin holds something to enjoy.

If you need to squeeze in some work while you are here, Bear Paw Cabin is just the place. Equipped with reliable and very fast 200 mps+ WiFi, your video meetings will be clear and crisp throughout the property. A private work desk is located on the upper level providing for a nice workspace, or work on your laptop while sitting on the porch or at the fire pit and enjoy the mountain air and views.

Guests will have access to the entire cabin and all of the outdoor space (fire pit, hot tub, and acres of outdoor wooded fun). The property is next to a beautiful farm nestled in the rolling hills of Blue Ridge, Georgia.

Parking is plentiful in the large driveway. Walking around the area is very enjoyable. The Toccoa River is only 1 mile away and Downtown Blue Ridge is 3 miles, or 10 minutes away!
