Timeless Charming Modern Home

Timeless charm with modern comforts, this cozy home is perfect for friends, families or travelers looking for comfort and style. The house is located about 5 miles from the airport, 1 mile from IWU and ISU, and within walking distance to the hospital as well as Uptown; great location! The neighborhood is quaint, there is a grade school a few doors down with a nice jungle gym. The Constitution Trail is 1/2 mile from the house, perfect for pets, walks and biking. Or, just rest and relax at the house ☺️

Relax and unwind on the front porch, two large wicker chairs, potted plants, great for morning coffee, evening drinks or watching squirrels, birds and mother nature. Very peaceful! The large steps leading to the front door as well as the large steps on the back patio are a favorite for guest. Great for taking group pics and plenty of seating on the steps for socializing

Location, atmosphere, decor and comfort are guest favorites!

The house is walking distance to uptown, ISU, IWU, the hospital, the Constitution Trail and lots more! Uptown, perfect area for dining, shopping and events. The Constitution Trail, 45 mile of hard surface throughout the Normal-Bloomington area; walking, biking, rollerblading or walking dogs, beautiful scenery

Atmosphere/Decor/Comfort -
All modern yet cozy furnishing throughout the house. (5) smart tvs, streaming Hulu, high speed internet, new light fixtures and ceiling fans in all rooms, many candles and fireplace light with remotes, comfortable blankets and pillows throughout the house. Jacuzzi in the upstairs bathroom, pac mac gaming as well!

🛌 (4) Bedrooms. 2 Rooms with queen beds, 1 Room with a king bed, 1 Room with a couch, pull out sleeper.

Kitchen, Laundry Room and Bathrooms are stocked. Kitchen is stocked for cooking and dining. Jacuzzi, tub/shower upstairs., large shower in the basement, plush bath towels, shower bar stocked with essentials, laundry room has plenty of supplies as well

🚗 & 🐶 - Parking and Pet
The large driveway can fit 4 to 5 cars. Parking on the street is allowed on the opposite side of the house. If you are traveling with a dog, please inform me prior to check in as there is a pet fee of $100 per dog (max 2 please)

🏸🚴‍♀️Games & Bikes
Corn hole, board games, puzzles, books, cards. 2 cruiser bikes in the the garage that guest are welcome to use to explore the area.

Perfect home, perfect location
This property is so well appointed and kept. Owner was responsive to questions/information. Location is convenient, safe and quiet. Beautiful walking neighborhood and easy access to a walking trail.

Great Spot
My hubby and I stayed here with our fellow Redbird parents (total of 4 adults) for ISU's homecoming weekend and it was absolutely perfect. Check in was super easy, communication with the host Donna was excellent. She really goes above and beyond to make her guests feel right at home. Everything listed was exactly as promised. Situated right between ISU and IWU, so whether you're there to visit your Redbird or Titan, you're in a great location. We will definitely book this again. Thank you Donna for being such a great host! Highly recommend.

Clean Comfortable Cottage
We loved staying at this property. It was exactly as advertised. The cottage was super clear and nicely decorated. The property host communicated well and was super responsive. Holiday Visit
The house is in a great location to get anywhere in town. Its well laid out, incredibly comfortable beds, great kitchen and well appointed. The backyard is great for just hanging out and relaxing, and the front porch wonderful for sitting and watching the neighborhood. I can't wait to stay here again!

Weekend Getaway
