Smart tv’s are so cheap, you could get one small one for $100 and guests could then have Netflix, Amazon prime, etc. otherwise you are stuck with just local digital channels. The location was great as downtown was a 5 min walk away and less than 20 min drive to downtown Eau Claire. "Hot tub" listed in amenities is actually a jet bathtub (standard tub size) Never have i been charged a cleaning fee and then have the owner expect us to sweep, mop, dust, change light bulbs if they burn out, take garbahe to curb, etc. "
