"My family and I have stayed at this house a number of times when visiting relatives in Tallahassee. It’s always clean and well provisioned. The neighborhood is quiet. The pool is nice. Each year our daughter attempts a swim in late December with mixed results. It’s a good place for a group of 2-6 who need some room and plan to prepare some of their meals. "

"This was the perfect home to rent for my 5 grandboys. At the fun ages of 10, 5, 2.8, and twin 19month olds, this place nailed it! The large family room attached to the bedroom with (2) bunk beds and a day bed along with a pool and plenty of floating devices was the highlight for my grandboys. "Darwin was a very responsive host. The property has a good start to being a nice rental. The kitchen needs a good deep clean (walls, cabinets, exhaust fan) as well as the baseboards around the house. Invested in some nice furniture like the dining room table and master bedroom and then has couches with stains and a very broken sleeper/sofa. Nice location a good distance off the road and well shaded."

"Sanctuary Bliss is exactly it's name sake. We were 5 people and we each had our own room and bathroom, no waiting for the shower! The condo was clean and the location was not only close to campus but to our graduating son! The host/hostess were wonderful and easy to reach.
