"Absolutely beautiful home. Myself and a group of 15 men came to the area for side by side riding. Found this place and so glad we did. Amazing home plenty of room and parking for all our rigs. Melinda and Mike are the most amazing host I have ever experienced in a travel. They fixed our group a healthy breakfast and made sure our stay was amazing. Will definitely be back to this home for a stay in the future. "

"We stayed a few days in Steeleville, MO, during our Rte 66 road trip thru MO. Our host was absolutely wonderful! We ended up arriving later in the evening, in the dark! She actually contacted us, providing directions and maintained contact with us until we arrived. She made sure we had everything we needed upon arrival... even a bottle of wine! With her vast knowledge of the area she was able to provide so many excellent suggestions for food, shopping and site seeing. We LOVED the quaint...

"Was looking for a place that was well kept, furnished and clean. Local to both golf and floating , plenty of amenities , plenty of room for our group, plenty of parking space . I mean when I say that this place checked ALL THE BOXES. When I booked , the owner Caroline reached out , and I knew from then on , she had our best interests at heart. "This is the cutest little cabin! It is perfectly organized, open and bright, clean, comfortable, and relatively close to many different attractions. While the weather was a little rainy and we didn't get to hike or fish, it is a location we'd love to visit again! For those who want to know...the shower is fantastic with great heat and pressure, and the bed is firm. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates/pans/silverware and a Keurig with K-cups. The bathroom has a with a walk-in shower. Central air kept us cool. Nicely equipped. Has TV but we didn't even turn it on. House sits up on concrete basement so had flight of stairs to enter front door. Near railroad tracks but the train sound did not bother us. Great weekend getaway."
