" Very clean and pretty. A few of the jets did not work in hit tub but wasnt a deal breaker. Didn't really care about all the things they expect you to do. Start dishwasher, clean dishes (which i understand). They also want the towels started in wash and bed stripped and in a pile and all trash carried to the dumpster. "This property is restored well and really cute. It is also maintained well and very clean. It is close to all the places you want to be in Fredericksburg. But you need to be a bathtub person."

"Great place to stay, close to winery's and shops downtown. Overall the property was very nice, But the carpet in the bedrooms was not that clean looking. Also the towels in the linen closet and bathrooms were still damp. They were clearly clean, but probably just not dried long enough. "

"My husband and I really loved this property. It was not busy at all. So it was quiet. The main suggestion would be to replace the drapes. They are thin and see through. That made me feel a little uneasy. If that were to be done, I would give this place 5 stars."

"This is the most spectacular getaway place ever! The cottage ( Moonlight specifically) is perfect for a couple. Hot tub is the absolute greatest, morning coffee with the deer (probably 20-30) is next best. The host is on top of everything, beginning to end. Could not have found a better place!! ❤️"
