"The room was booked for my daughter as an early birthday treat. She had a lovely relaxing stay. The only problem she encountered was when ordering room service for breakfast the following morning. She was advised when checking in that she could order room service for breakfast but when she phoned reception another member of staff informed her room service was not available for mornings & my daughter missed breakfast which was a shame aszshe ran out of time."

Not only is it very central to everything with it being in the middle of the city centre but how clean the rooms are, how safe you feel as a guest staying and the staff are always so helpful and friendly. Managed to get checked into our room early, room was lovely, staff were very friendly and night time singer at the bar was fab. Lovey atmosphere and the Christmas decorations were beautiful.
