"My wife and I thought that the hotel was fjrst class. We did not know what to expect but we were not disappointed. The hotel was very clean - both the public areas and our room. Very clean, modern and comfortable. We did not eat dinner in the restaurant but we had breakfast. The Chef prepared omelette was delicious and the choice was extensive. Overall a great stay and we will certainly return."

"Whenever we visit Birmingham. We always use the Snow Hill hotel. It's just a short walk from Birmingham New Street Station and the city centre for the bull ring shopping centre.
