「We stayed for one night, greeted by Paul, who was friendly and helpful. Provided us with all the info we needed for our stay. Breakfast was good, basic choices of continental and full English. Good quality fresh produce used. Hotel itself is a little outdated however it was clean, towels in bathroom nice and thick, and products as in shampoo etc in shower. Free parking and plenty off it. Everything we needed for one night and more reasonable than the local Premier.」

「Such a wonderful little hotel in an ideal location. 5 minute walk from the pier and arcades, 15 minutes or so to both shopping centres ( Gunwharf/cascades ) with the theatre being even closer if that is included in your poa for your time away! Lovely clean rooms, quite a personal experience with only me and my wife with the owner at breakfast but we liked it that way. Would recommend to anyone and will be back soon! Also lovely bar and atmosphere for drinks in the evening.」

「The hotel looked lovely but unfortunately we didn't get to stay. Turned up to find hotels.com had not passed out booking into hotel so left with nowhere to stay in remote countryside. I'd recommend the eco lodge - staff were lovely but not hotels.com -it took almost a month to get a refund only by going via my bank's anti fraud process.」
