"Very nicely located property. 5-8 minutes to the water. Less than 1 km to train. Very competitive price. Only complaints, as they may be important to some renters. 4th floor walkup is 80 stairs to unit. Could be too much for some. Would've thought there would be instant coffee. Some would want tea. "Took a chance and got lucky with this property! We had two couples that stayed here, so the fact that there were 2 full baths was a huge plus!
