Easy walk to grocery or to downtown tourist area. Staff delightful. Breakfast delicious. Construction in neighborhood should be done soon but not too noisy . Oh, and even parking! "

"Die Unterkunft ist sauber, Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, ruhige lage , das einzige was uns gestört hat war die Dusche und das Badezimmer an sich , beim Duschen läuft das wasser leider nicht vollständig in den Abfluss sondern spritzt trotz duschvorhang darunter und bleibt auf dem boden , mann braucht entweder einen Abzieher oder viele Handtücher um das wasser abwischen zu können."

"Herzlicher Empfang, super nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Domizil liebevoll eingerichtet, alles da was gebraucht wird. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe. Und das beste: absolut ruhig. Rehgeiss am Morgen auf der Wiese, beruhigendes Wasserspiel vom Teich. Da mein Mann auf den Rollstuhl angewiesen ist hat uns der Vermieter eine Rampe installiert. Top! Zu empfehlen, auch mit zwei Kindern,die auf der Galerie schlank können."

"Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder und hatten mehr als ausreichend Platz. Auf unsere Wünsche wurde bereits im Vorfeld sehr nett eingegangen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man als Selbstversorger benötigt, es hat nichts gefehlt. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war durchgehend angenehm und sehr freundlich."

"Hervorragend, besser kann man sich eine Ferienwohnung und die Vermieter dazu nicht vorstellen. Man fühlt sich dort wie daheim, Frau und Herr Bailer leben ständig eine herzliche, aufmerksame, sogar geradezu eine liebevolle Gastfreundschaft. "Wir hatten eine super Woche in einer überdurchschnittlich gut eingerichteten und geräumigen Ferienwohnung. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr herzlich und immer unkompliziert. In der direkten Umgebung konnten wir Brötchen und Lebensmittel kaufen und mit der Bahn nach Ulm fahren. Viele weitere Aktivitäten wie z.B. Erlebnisbad, Hochseilgarten, Legoland waren in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto erreichbar. Es war eine schöne Woche und wir können die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!"

"Sehr saubere und moderne Wohnung, die gut geschnitten ist und viel Platz bietet. Für den Aufenthalt in Ulm perfekt,. Die Zentrale Lage ist praktisch für Unternehmungen in und um Ulm herum. Leider war es Freitag und Samstag Nacht sehr turbulent in der Stadt, was für uns als älteres Semester schwierig war. Das tut aber der Top-Qualität der Wohnung und der Freundlichkeit des Gastgebers keinen Abbruch! Gerne wieder!"
