Check-in: Not ideal. The property manager has good communication but requires you to go to their office to then give you an electronic door code. Why not just give the door code to the guest? We also uploaded both a drivers license and a photo of ourselves to their portal so they already had those.
This listing advertises a “Tesla Charger”-it is only a NEMA 14-50 outlet. If we had known this we would have brought the sufficient cables. The property manager was unaware if it was an actual charger or just an outlet when we called to inquire.
King size bed on middle story was squeaky, just rolling from one side to another was loud enough to hear from other bedrooms.
Kitchen faucet was in disrepair, leaked water from the side onto the kitchen counter.
Leak presented itself at the ceiling of the bottom floor bedroom, when we called the property manager they said it was a known issue for a month already but hadn’t been taken care of.
Trash, not a big deal, but they make you take it to an offsite facility due to wildlife.
Multiple instruction sheets throughout the home contradicted each other on what a guest is required to do or not do. Ex. Put away clean dishes or leave them in the dishwasher. Two sheets said to put them away and another said to leave them.
Kitchen had a good amount of cooking items, however we cleaned them before using as they were dirty.
View of the mountain and ski slopes was great! Ample amount of parking. Propane BBQ grill worked great.
