A beatiful quiet place with some antique wood pieces that resemble a grandma house, where we want to come back to recreate nice memories.

This cabin was ideal for a large family ski trip, with grandparents, adult siblings, and dogs included. We were close to the slopes, comfortable, and the dogs had a large outdoor space. However, I would recommend this place for families with older children. My three-year old struggled with the steep stairs. Older adults with mobility issues might also want to avoid this location as their are no bedrooms or bathrooms reachable without navigating a staircase. That being said, it was still a great place to stay and we would absolutely book again.

We couldn’t be happier on our stay in this beautiful and very spacious cabin. The area is so peaceful with the most gorgeous views and close to great restaurants, shopping and activities. The management company provided great service and made the process very smooth. We will definitely be back. Thank you again for a most enjoyable getaway.

My family took a short weekend trip to Big Bear and stayed at this location. It was a minute off the main drag (Big Bear Rd) which allowed immediate access to all the amenities of the area, but the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We had 4 adults and 2 children, and a medium sized dog in the party. Everybody fit cozily with plenty of space to play games, watch TV, have meals, relax on the deck, or play downstairs in the game room. Highly recommended for the price and anybody wishing to stay in Big Bear without the hassle of staying on the main drag in a motel.

Good, balcony railing unsafe, if you lean pretty sure it would fall off, clean, dining chairs falling apart, should tell people to bring towels. Pet fee should cover dog hair. Nice location, reasonable price. TV NEEDS BETTER INSTRUCTIONS

The house itself is lovely. We had plenty of room to gather and plenty of beds. The heating system is pretty ineffective however, in the lower 2 floors. The basement was around 55 degrees and never got any warmer. I'm not sure all the vents were functioning.

We’ll maintained 3 story home. Level front parking on a home that’s built on a steep descending slope. Living room, kitchen, and balcony with great forest view on entrance level. Fairly steep steps from living room to second level down with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Another set of steep steps to bottom level bedroom/game room with a sink, small fridge, foozball, tv and the second bathroom. Home not good for small kids or older adults. Hard to navigate the levels. But for our group it was a very good cabin.

They canceled our property after one month of my reservation for no reason then gave us this cabin with lots of problems problems and they try to charge us up to $10000 for no reason they said after you left there was leaking and flood everywhere, wow so disappointing . We are lucky we got pictures and videos right before exit and lock the door but still they don’t accept and it’s about a week they freeze my deposit for NO REASON. Unbelievable. Just RUN when you see destination big bear llc .

Check-in: Not ideal. The property manager has good communication but requires you to go to their office to then give you an electronic door code. Why not just give the door code to the guest? We also uploaded both a drivers license and a photo of ourselves to their portal so they already had those.
This listing advertises a “Tesla Charger”-it is only a NEMA 14-50 outlet. If we had known this we would have brought the sufficient cables. The property manager was unaware if it was an actual charger or just an outlet when we called to inquire.
King size bed on middle story was squeaky, just rolling from one side to another was loud enough to hear from other bedrooms.
Kitchen faucet was in disrepair, leaked water from the side onto the kitchen counter.
Leak presented itself at the ceiling of the bottom floor bedroom, when we called the property manager they said it was a known issue for a month already but hadn’t been taken care of.
Trash, not a big deal, but they make you take it to an offsite facility due to wildlife.
Multiple instruction sheets throughout the home contradicted each other on what a guest is required to do or not do. Ex. Put away clean dishes or leave them in the dishwasher. Two sheets said to put them away and another said to leave them.
Kitchen had a good amount of cooking items, however we cleaned them before using as they were dirty.
View of the mountain and ski slopes was great! Ample amount of parking. Propane BBQ grill worked great.

We were very pleased with our stay. The description was accurate. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, glasses, cooking pots & utensils. We enjoyed cooking dinner at the cabin. I would definitely stay again. We had 4 adults & 3 kids. It was perfect.

The house is great. Perfect location. Plenty of room for two young families. Incredible view. Decent decor. We learned the backyard faces the sun which was only a bummer bc it melted the snow we got real fast. Otherwise the hill in the yard would’ve been perfect for the kids to sled down. The people at check in weren’t the friendliest bunch but they did let us check in early which was a huge plus. Overall, a great stay.

The cabin is very cozy and the kids loved it. They enjoyed the foosball table and playing in snow in back. It is super central - easy trip to ski slopes and market. Took dog on nice walks in neighborhood. We grilled one night on deck, which was great. The kitchen could use a few more tools, like tongs, and a couple more pans. Oven needs a upgrade but it worked just fine. The bedspread across from
Master seemed a little dusty. But really it was a very comfortable place to stay. Word to anyone with older guests - all beds are downstairs one or two levels. We almost brought my mom but might not have been ideal for her. Perfect for a young family of five ( like us) or six. We’d likely rent it again if just us.

A wonderful cabin for our group to enjoy Big Bear. All of the rooms with double/queen beds are well suited to adult couples, however the room with bunk beds is quite small. A place to lay your head, but no space to spread out. A nice deck with a view of the trees and mountain beyond, but be sure to bring camp chairs to fully utilize the outdoors as there is not a lot of outdoor furniture. I would stay here again!

We wanted to escape the city and it was perfect for this. Located in a quiet area with beautiful view of Big Bear Ski Resort. Total bonus that it had a Tesla charger. Property was fenced for our little dog. When we arrived one of the railings of the bunk bed had come apart and for the first night the kids had to sleep on the mattress on the floor but it was quickly resolved the next day.

We had a great stay at this location. We had a wide range of ages, from 3 years up to 70+. The house was clean, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The only thing to keep in mind for small kids and seniors is that the stairs are a bit narrow and steep, and with no bathroom on the “living” floor, it can be a bit hard. The railing on the top balcony was a bit wobbly, so we had to make sure to keep the kids away from it. But overall it was still a wonderful time and would recommend this place to others.

I felt the nightly cost was too high for a property in such run down condition. Everything was tidy but not clean. Dust every where and bath mats never cleaned from the previous guests. Furnishing were outdated. No necessities were left in the house for convenience such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish towels, dish or laundry soap, windex or sanitizer. The kitchen had about two coffee mugs for a home that could sleep three families. No condiments or cooking oil was provided for either. It was a big disappointment. The only bonus was the walk ability to the village.
