"Hotel felt very safe and well maintained. Both the hotel and the neighborhood were very quiet. There were several food options within walking distance. My room had a connecting door which let a lot of sound in, but the neighbors went to bed early so it wasn't a problem. I would perhaps request a room without a connecting door if possible. For the price, it was a great deal. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again."

"Loved the hotel facilities, views, restaurant and room size. Requested shower chair and microwave were in the room before we checked in:-) We were also greeted with a bottle of wine and discount voucher for restaurant. Girlfriend's birthday felt acknowledged and special. The whole experience felt like a treat. Despite cold weather, the pools, hot tubs, and restaurant outdoor seating were all warmed nicely. Easy drive to all of Santa Cruz and Capitola beaches. Will be 1st choice for future Santa Cruz stays. Thanks to all the wonderful staff we met and behind the scenes- Cheers, Matthew"

"This was a very last minute trip. We had to escape the smoke from the moss landing fire, I have bad asthma and jsut staying inside was not helping . the smell of plastic became overwhelming. They had one room left being as we booked it around 10:30. They were so accommodating, we checked in almost at midnight and wasn’t an issue. We have a service dog and they were respectful. The room was clean. Since we left very last minute it was nice they had a breakfast since this wasn’t remotely planned out. It was hot and they had a great variety of things to choose from. They do have a gym and pool and hot tub. Felt great to take a dip in the pool and relax in the hot. Sprouts and Trader Joe’s and Starbucks are all less than a mile and they have an outdoor patio if you want to do a picnic . Also lots of cool tea places etc. Honestly if we ever felt like do a day get away just to hang out a hotel I would come here. Also in the afternoon they put out fresh fruit ice water tea and coffee as well. "

"We had a nice overnight stay. It wasn’t busy so was a quiet experience. The lady who worked the kitchen today was the sweetest and very kind! I loved how big the rooms were and that they had no carpet! "

"This hotel is so beautiful and the customer service was excellent. The restaurant food was excellent! Our family really enjoyed ourselves. The rooms were so nice and clean, I just wish my view was not a parking lot. Other than that, this was a wonderful experience and I would recommend everyone I know to stay here."
