"Trying to check into the property was difficult. No one was on site to help and calling for assistance was not successful. Other than that, the experience was amazing!! Room was clean abd spacious. Having an apartment with a kitchen and the laundry room were a plus. Would stay again and suggest to friends."

"Property is centrally located. The apartment is shockingly small. Smaller than the pictures show. There was no iron in the room and we could only get one between 11:00-15:00 the next day. The whole bathroom floods with a shower, the towels are not enough to keep it dry. Because there is no reception, you don’t have the option of late check out or storing your luggage, should you have a late flight."

"Perfect location in a nice area, with short walk to tram stops to get anywhere in the city, and also near many University locations. Apartment was clean and well maintained, photos of rooms are very accurate, plenty of room, easy check-in and out, easy but secure access, and host Heather was fantastic and very responsive!"

"Apartment was scrupulously clean which was wonderful !! lKitchen has great appliances and dishes etc , nice sitting area and back deck . Shower ran out of hot water half way through every shower and the shower head was set up such that one had to huddle in the corner to bathe or risk blowing out the curtain and flooding the floor . Did not get choice of bedrooms as one was locked ,seemed odd . Overall good experienced and would stay here again ."

"We arrived last night on Saturday. On Sunday morning, after looking around we realized that the place was not cleaned at all and most probably for a long period of time. There was dirt all over the floor. All window drapes had dust and dirt on them. I had to clear it myself on our first day there. Owner promised to return the cleaning payment but that did not happen for strange claim that we did not clean up the place ourselves. "It was exceptionally good value for money given the prime location. The staff were very accommodating and there were some lovely little touches like, complimentary gluwein, fruit, christmas chocolates, a free mini bar and a seemless very late check in. The shower was superb with good temperature control and pressure. The breakfast was delicious with a superb variety of hot dishes. They were also very flexible and would happily provide you with whatever you requested. Our stay was so good we have looked into staying in other hotels of the same chain. "

Perfect industrial modern Christmas Market getaway

"Absolutely perfect for my family (2 adults, 2 kids) for our 2-night stay in December. We loved the location (short walk from Leipzig Hbf), on an S-Bahn stop (Augustus-Platz), across the street from the best Christmas Market in Germany (in my biased opinion!). Kids loved the bunk beds in their own mini-room; we loved our separate bed across the living room. Beds were incredibly comfortable—kids slept in until 10am one morning!! (They usually rise at 6am). The hotel has a fun, industrial modern vibe. Everything was clean and in excellent repair. "

"Right next to the Hauptbahnhof and close to shops and restaurants, breakfast was also included in our stay. Despite being next to the station it was quiet and we were not disturbed. The room was spotless and cleaned daily. Reception was helpful and check in and out efficient as you would expect. Breakfast had options for any diet, I’m vegan and had no problems. Best to avoid the dining room between 8.30 and 10 at weekends, It’s super busy. The hotel is in close proximity to the markets as well which is why we were in Leipzig. Would absolutely stay here again. "
