Sea Colony Great - Problems at This Unit
The good - Sea Colony is great and this unit is in what was a good location for us - on all three tram lines, close to our favorite pool and within walking distance of the Fitness Center. Check in and check out were easy. Master bed was very comfortable, other beds were squeaky. Nice screened in porch. The bad - we arrived to overflowing garbage, blood in bathroom, sticky dining table, ant infestation which we took care of, no evidence of vacuuming (vacuum was plugged - fixed that too) and no working dryer. Vacasa did take care of garbage within 30 minutes. The dryer required daily phone calls with no resolution all week and no accommodations to help us out. Expected us to be understanding. My husband spent part of two days in a laundromat. Issue was half fixed when we left but we have no confidence Vacasa will finish the fix. We will not stay here again.

Great vacation rental
Enjoyed our stay at Sea Colony. Our place was clean and had everything we needed. It was in a good location, close to tennis courts. We really enjoyed it and hope to rent it again.
