We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was even better than advertised online as the house came very well equipped. We were able to pass rainy days inside comfortably as well as take advantage of the pool and proximity to the beach when the weather allowed.

Lovely house and community. We were just disappointed that there was no access to a beach near us. We had to use the public beach and that was not stated in the listing. The listing stated that it was an eight minute walk to the beach and that was not the case. Otherwise, all good.

Perfect spot for families with kids!

Jeremy delivered on this rental. Perfect location, gated community halfway between Bethany Beach boardwalk and the South Inlet beach - two great options! Bonus points for the community pool, which my wife and I felt safe letting our 6 year old bike to from the house. Very safe and convenient! The house was lovely and well appointed. Best part is the amazing 2nd floor deck - it's huge and has the best views!

Great vacation

We had a fantastic stay at this property and can't recommend it highly enough! The house is enormous and luxurious, perfect for our group of 5. We loved the community's infinity pool, kayaks, and bikes. The house itself is beautifully designed with an open living space, a gourmet kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms. The wrap-around deck with a shaded area and TV was a great spot for relaxing and enjoying the stunning sunsets. The location is ideal—just a short drive to downtown Bethany Beach and other nearby beaches. Having beach chairs, umbrellas, and bikes provided made our beach trips easy and fun. The host was attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Jeremy, the real estate agent, was phenomenal and made the booking process seamless. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at this house! We were very comfortable & all had plenty of room! The listing stated that it was 8 min walk to the beach- which may be the case but the beach across the highway is within a gated community & marked as private. We paid for parking while visiting the beaches of both Dewey & Bethany Beach. As long as you don’t mind the drive to the beach, this house is perfect for you! This house was also loaded with everything you could possibly need- though the property manager didn’t know what was at the house, he recommended that we bring our own just incase. I’ll tell you- there are pot holders, and all the appliances you need in the kitchen. in the kids room, there’s a bunch of toys for all ages, a pack & play & a highchair as well as a blowup mattress (we didn’t know these extras came with the house & had already brought our own), a ton of extra pillows in each closet, the garage has TWO useable bays but we just parked our vehicles outside. In the garage are 6 adult beach chairs, a tent, several life vests, a ton of bikes, stroller, beach toys & kayaks to use. A lot of these items we brought along ourselves due to not being aware of them being provided with the house. The main floor has a king bedroom with attached/shared bath, upstairs has a queen bedroom with attached/shared bath, kids room doesn’t have an attached bath, & the master king bedroom has an attached bath. The kitchen table has been upgraded as well to a 8 seater. Would stay again!!
