「早餐选择不是太多，羊角包很难吃。健身房器械很全，可是室外泳池太脏，水里还漂了杂草。酒店位置方便，但是我不小心将衣服遗留在餐厅，明明前台回复说找到了，今天请朋友去拿的时候前台说从未见过？？」

「The hotel is great for everymatter only minus is the entry and reception area which is quite small and not conveniently planned for such a big 5 star hotel.It was rather like 3 star hotel enterance.Besides there was no concierge ready to handle our suitcases on arrival and leave to help us therefore we had to carry them up and down by ourselves and to the taxi during the check-in and check-out.This was rather like hostel wise rather then a 5 start famous brand hotel.」

「Very nice and clean place, it smells very good. The staff was very kind, and they allowed us to check out a little late because our check in was very late because of the flight. Everything was very clean and spotless. The bed is comfy. The bathroom had toothbrushes, shampoo and conditioner, shower gel, bath cap and a vanity kit. Overall, it was a nice experience even though we only stayed for one night 👌👌👌👌」

「Great location, over restaurants & across from a shop. The appartments are not the appartments in the first photos shown when you see the details for the property, but further down the road. The swimming pool & gym is an extra charge with a limit of 4 hours. Jorida in reception is super friendly and helpful. Within easy walking distance of lots of restaurants & shops.」

「Meget vennlig vertskap som yter god service. De var behjelpelig med å bære koffertene våre, bestille taxier og gi informasjon om severdigheter. Hotellet lå veldig sentralt til, med kun 15 minutters spasertur til det store torget i sentrum. Kjøleskap og safe på rommet og god seng med varme dyner. Her fikk vi god valuta for pengene. 」

「From even before I arrived at the hotel the staff on the front desk were very helpful with arranging transfer to and from the airport. The hotel is in a great location in Tirana and it was possible to walk most places. My room was beautiful and comfortable. The shower was hot. Breakfast every morning was delicious and the kitchen and restaurant staff were very friendly and accommodating. I also enjoyed visiting the rooftop bar which had a great view of the city.
