"Perfect central location with complimentary parking. We stayed in the deluxe room with the bath which was lovely and spacious over two floors. It was modern, high-end finishes, clean and well equipped with cups, glasses, plates, bowls, cutlery, Smeg fridge, kettle and a Nespresso machine. "This is our second year staying at Bristol Redcliffe; it is in ideal base for travelling around Bristol and into Bath--great bus, coach, and train services--and there's good coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and markets close by. "I booked a room with shared bathroom and it turned out there was a mistake that the room was already booked. I got upgraded to a room with en-suite for free which was great. The room was very clean and nice. But the only strange thing is that I had to throw away the rubbish myself."

"Stayed in a 1 bedroom family apartment. A period property that has been stylishly decorated. Comfortable bed with plump pillows and quality bed linen. Daughter said could feel springs in pull out sofa but not too much to grumble about. A great position off the Clifton triangle so walk pretty much anywhere with lots of restaurants nearby. "We had the most pleasurable time staying at the Cottage, the host was so welcoming, Vivienne the cake was amazing! The surrounding are beautiful and rural, but only a short distance from Bath. The Cottage was excellent it had everything one would need for a stay away from home. "

"My husband and I enjoyed an overnight stay at this small but comfortable cottage with our dog. It was ideally situated, a short walk into Tetbury and very close to countryside walks. We had everything we needed and would recommend."

"Staff were friendly but the service was slow. It was particularly busy as they had two balls on the day we stayed. Excellent service from Danny in the Thai restaurant. Other staff need more training. Great selection at breakfast but a lot of it was only luke warm. Very warm welcome at reception. I actually felt that they wanted me to have a nice stay rather than just saying it.Comfy bed and great to have a bath and separate shower."

"Previously stayed here and it’s on our ‘go to’ list for when we need to be in the area for work or visiting friends and family who live in the area and stretching down to Highbridge, so it’s convenient being next to the M5. As always, warm welcome from reception, hotel looks and smells fresh and clean, hotel room clean and some deep cleaning over a quiet period would bring it to sparkling. Bed lovely and firm, bedding crisp and good quality and good pillows. The service area is behind the hotel with Waitrose, Burger King, KFC and WH Smith plus Starbucks. Handy to pop to on the odd occasion. Not a luxury ‘away’ break but a very comfortable and pleasant ‘need to’ break. We opt for room 31 where possible as it has an easy accessible bath and space to move around the bed ……. Helps with my mobility issues; which are not severe but it makes things pleasant for me. Will be staying here again in future without doubt. "

"City centre hotel great for exploring the city. 10 minute walk from the main railway station. Hotel and room were clean and tidy and staff were friendly and attentive. Can get busy. We booked so we didn’t have to faff about with taxis and buses and it was perfect as everywhere is walkable from the hotel. Would stay again in a heartbeat. "
