Great House
We sincerely enjoyed the house. It was roomy and comfortable. We had plenty of space for all our people. It was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We would stay there again.

Very good location and beautiful community. The house was very nice and only challenge was 2 shared bathrooms and only one toilet bathroom upstairs and one private in the Master. Neither shared bathroom had very much privacy.

I know I complained about snakes in the pool, but there really was no need to try and kill us with strong smell of snake away. We did not like the strong smell of snake away. I also could of used an idea as to where the heater was for the pool

We were there just a few days after a tornado went through the area. A lot of tree damage. The yard still had some cleaning up to do however the interior was fine. The large indoor pool was the main attraction for our family. It is a heated pool but seemed as if early morning was the warmest during the day. Beds were comfortable and rooms were large. As with most houses there are minor issues that need to be addressed but nothing serious

The place was perfect for my family. They need to put skid resistant stripping on the stairs. They were very slick when wet around the pool & hot tub area. My adult daughter had a bad fall. We had to put towels on the stairs to keep from falling/slipping. We were there during the tornado & lost power & internet. There was water coming in under the front door I had to put towels down for. I contacted both weekender management & VRBO & they wouldn’t do anything to compensate us if we left early as we had electric @ home. The property was slightly damaged fascia/siding, pool wouldn’t run, etc. We were able to reset the hot tub.The management Co told us to contact VRBO & VRBO said to contact mgmt company. After we checked out I got a call from the management co asking if we lost electricity. Really? I called & told them about everything including the damages & they acted like they had no clue. I understand it was an act of nature but they could & should have worked w/us somewhat. Other than the storm/electrical/internet/damages the place is perfect for a large family. I had all my kids & grandkids together in one place!

Nice large home in a comfortable neighborhood. Only 10 mins from downtown Bemtonville. Amenities allowed for conversation, relaxation & family in every corner. The swimming pool was a delight for our kiddos & hot tub enjoyed after a long bike ride. Communication was quick & responsive. However there was a simple maintenance need with the pool. I found it frustrating to use my time to troubleshoot the issue that was finally resolved when an experienced technician arrived. Overall a good experience and perfect location for a large group!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The house was perfect for our group of 14 adults. Close to downtown and the trails made this house perfect for us. The indoor pool and hot tub was just what we all needed after hitting the trails. Anytime I needed to ask a question about the house, I got a reply back within minutes. Definitely recommend staying here!!!!
