Comfortable and relaxing
We enjoyed our stay in Belton for our Robotics Championship. The home is spacious and a great place for us to relax each evening after competition. The kids also enjoyed the nearby park.

Plenty of beds
We’ve stayed at this home twice and would stay again. It’s not fancy by any means but there is plenty of room for everyone.

Great gathering place
This was so convenient to the Expo where we had an event for several days. Enjoyed being able to run back and forth. Home had pretty much all we needed and slept comfortably. We will be back again.

The house has plenty of beds When we got there it was hot they sent maintenance man out and by the night it had finally cooled down and stayed cold throughout our stay they are very friendly and answered our questions and concerns quickly the back room was pretty hot so maybe bring some fans with you because the air does not circulate to that room other then that the beds where comfy and they had everything we needed we had a good time thank you for having us

Rundown house with structural issues
About half of this house flooded during heavy rain. Apparently it’s not unusual for water to come in under several exterior doors, but it also came under our bedroom wall! Two bedrooms and a bathroom flooded, reducing our usable space by half. Maintenance crew did come and mop up, but owners offered no compensation. Other problems included broken dishwasher, broken fridge drawer, noisy (failing?) microwave, noisy bedroom ceiling fan, sliding bathroom door that doesn’t cover cover the space, and squirrels in the attic. House needs serious maintenance and investment.

This home is great for large groups. The home is older but clean. The neighbor hood is quiet. The yard was not well landscaped during our stay but there had been a lot of rain prior to our stay. Our host was responsive to our needs.

A very homey and comfortable environment. Plenty of room for the 11 people we had with 4 beds unused. It met our needs and was clean. Could have used a Pack n Play for infant. We borrowed one from family.

Close to Expo
We stayed at this property July 17-23 2021 for the JBBA National Show The best thing about this rental is it is very close to the expo, which made it easy as we had to go early and feed calves.. it has plenty of beds for a large group. It has a fenced in back yard for pets . There is plenty of space for social gathering , Two dining tables , living room, small kitchen area . We did not go outside much . To be honest it was not very inviting out back . We did use the grill one time. To grill pork chops. The kitchen had everything we needed except the Keurig coffee pot did not work. We were able to bring our dog so that was nice . The neighborhood seemed quiet and low traffic . The appliances really need to be updated. they are older, The stove cooked food unlevel , like one side of the pan would cook and not the other. The refrigerator has some broken drawers which we really could not use because when pulled out they fell out . The house is an old house and the air did not really keep the house cooled to our liking , but it was ok. The parking I would say you can park three large vehicles in the driveway . The street in front of the house is narrow but one could park a car there .The recliner was broken so it cannot be raised. Over all it suited our needs. Amy our host was very nice . So except for the few things I mentioned , the house was great.

Good stay
Overall the house was a great space for our family. We only have a few things that could have been better. The electrical outlets in the commune restroom did not work at all. The outlets in the boho bedroom also were loose and neglected to keep a charger plugged in. We also could not find a pizza cutter in the house and it wouldn’t hurt to label the kitchen storage for an easier search of items. The place otherwise was a great experience for our family.

Excellent! We would HIGHLY recommend!
If you are looking for a shiny new condo, this isn’t for you. If you are looking for a WONDERFUL homey feel that will fit all your people, is kid friendly, has tons of little personal touches, and is very clean, this IS the house you should stay in. After a horrific experience through a different rental vacation home company this past summer making us gun shy, oh was it nice to come in to this one. Everything from extra bath towels to a tub of toys was there for us should we need them. We would definitely stay there again and are actually already looking at it for next summer! We just need to get everyone to agree on a week! HIGHLY recommended!
