No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!”

“Booked here and did not realize that this is a sort of apartment off the main property of a lager hotel. Room was super hot and they would not turn on air conditioning (even though room temp 85 degrees F) because it was April. We left it to stay in the main hotel which was awesome but cost 200 more euros per night. That place was awesome. ”
