The reason we keep returning is the convenience of walking down the beach to the dive shop, having a full size kitchen and individual bedrooms for everyone. There are no amenities to speak of. "We enjoyed our time at the property and I personally would live there at the property. :-) The only things that drove me crazy was the grime and rust around the sink and all the mosquitos in the area. Couldn't enjoy the pool because the bugs kept on biting. You are literally attacked by them as soon as you walk out the door. Couldn't swim at the beach because of the seaweed, but there were people attempting to clean it up but you cant control the sea. Also, the location of the property is...

"Rand Caribe is a beautiful property on the northern side of ambergris caye. The property has a large main pool with swim up bar/restaurant and several other smaller pools. The beach isn’t the main focus because there’s not really a lot of sand. It’s more of a jump off the dock and paddle board or kyack around the reef vibe. The snorkeling is good.
