Absolutely loved our stay, so clean and a lovely sleep. One staff called Alice was so so lovely and I would definitely visit again as she was amazing. She gave us so many recommendations and she is a credit to the hotel !!

Absolutely loved this hotel and location. Would definitely stay here again. The gym was small but got the job done, the breakfast was pricey but delicious. Rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

Nice staff - cozy communal areas - rooms clean but unimaginably unbearably cold - had 2 heaters and extra duvet but was like being outdoors - food ok. Would not recommend for winter stay. Very cozy Christmas decor. Easy for bus and train but not for walking at night.

I thought it was an amazing place to end up in at the end of a long trip, including flight and travel through Belfast. The Christmas decorations were just right. Reception had quality furniture and fittings. The staff were warm and polite and not to mention efficient. I could my fault my bedroom king-size bed, wonderful shower, great furnishings.
