"Overall we had a great stay. You can definitely tell a lot of people smoke in the building. The hallways weren't pleasant smelling but the apartment itself was good. The beds were good and there was plenty of room for our other friends that came to join in the fun. Had a wonderful stay and visit to the State Fair and Majestic Theater. Definitely would recommend this place if you need to stay downtown. Super early to Uber to and from and valet parking was nice as well. Thanks for hosting us. "

"We stayed while we were attending a 3 day event at Globe Life Stadium. It was a perfect location! The complex was fairly quiet, (with only minor noise from a nearby train, some noisy guests on the first night and the gardeners with their blowers on the last morning) although the bunk beds were noisy when you moved and the wind whistles through the door in the bedroom that leads to the backyard. Having laundry in the complex was a huge plus and the owner was extremely responsive! All in all...

"It was exactly what we needed for a couple night stay here in Dallas. Thank you! Comfy beds and functional kitchen. The shower insert does have a crack in it, therefore few noticed water pooling "

"The location of the property was excellent. Close to many restaurants and bars, plus right down the street from downtown/convention center. Tons of street parking and an overall quite neighborhood. Only downside was the property lacked some basic amenities (i.e. pans, bowls, towels/paper towels, hangers). Had to get creative when making food. Great place to stay if you are only looking for a place to sleep."

"SCAM! DO NOT BOOK! Hotels.com is refusing to give me a refund saying they can't contact the property. I never received check in instructions, tried to call the number on file and it went straight to voicemail. I showed up to the property and gave the leasing office the number I had to see if it was associated with a tenant. It was and they said they haven't lived there since last year. Never got to stay there, had to find a last minute hotel"

"We were in town for the Cowboys game. The place close to the stadium. Very spacious place for a family of 6"
